These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SuzuPay ("the Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Users may only use the Service upon agreeing to these Terms. By actually using the Service, the User is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Any precautions, guidelines, policies, etc. ("Guidelines") presented by the Company on the Service shall constitute a part of these Terms.
The Company may amend these Terms in accordance with civil law when necessary due to legal revisions, changes in social conditions, or other circumstances. The amended Terms will be notified to Users by posting on the Company's website or by other methods prescribed by the Company. If a User continues to use the Service after such notification, the User will be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms have the meanings set forth below:
Those wishing to use the Service must agree to these Terms and apply for account registration in accordance with the method prescribed by the Company.
The Company will determine the eligibility of the applicant for registration according to its criteria and will notify the applicant if the registration is approved.
Users must promptly follow the prescribed procedures to update their registered information if there are any changes.
The Company may refuse to approve an account registration or may cancel an approved registration if it determines that any of the following apply:
The User is responsible for strictly managing their wallet's private keys, passwords, etc., to prevent them from being known to third parties.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to the unauthorized use of a User's wallet by a third party.
The Company does not store or have access to the User's private keys. If a User loses their private key, they may be unable to access their assets, and the Company cannot assist in recovery.
In using the Service, Users shall not engage in any of the following activities:
The Company may suspend or interrupt the provision of all or part of the Service without prior notice to the User in any of the following cases:
The Company makes no warranty that the Service will be suitable for the User's specific purpose, have the expected functionality, commercial value, accuracy, or usefulness, that the use of the Service by the User will comply with applicable laws or internal rules of industry groups, or that it will be free from defects.
Due to the nature of blockchain, transactions are irreversible. The Company shall not be liable and cannot recover Stablecoins if a User sends them to an incorrect address.
The Company is not liable for any damages incurred by the User arising from fluctuations in the value of Stablecoins, changes in related laws and regulations, surges in network fees, or other similar events.
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights related to the Service belong to the Company or its licensors.
The Company will handle the User's personal information appropriately in accordance with its separately established Privacy Policy.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
